We had a fantastic time at this hotel. It had everything we needed for a great vacation with family and friends. We enjoyed trying out all the different facilities, from massages to bowling. the food was delicious, especially when we opted for the all-inclusive package. the hotel's outdoor area was perfect for enjoying the summer weather. We recommend staying for at least two days to fully experience everything this hotel has to offer. Cons: Nothing to fault. 👍.

It was a dream come true for the little ones, with a colorful play area, ball pit, and slides that kept them entertained for hours. The staff in this area were friendly and attentive, ensuring the safety of the children while they had a blast. It was a great way for us parents to relax and enjoy some quiet time knowing that our kids were having a wonderful time.

For dads, it would be great if there were more options for outdoor activities suitable for families, like a mini-golf course or a larger playground in the hotel's grounds.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the onsite Vitality Spa. I indulged in a hot stone massage and it felt like I was being pampered by a team of magical elves. The ambiance was so relaxing, it felt like I had been transported to a realm of pure bliss.

The room style and windows allow for ample natural light. The sauna and pool are spacious and not crowded. Free water aerobics and fitness classes are offered. The hotel offers various activities such as billiards, bowling, spa, sauna, dance club, wine cellar. The staff in the club and restaurant are polite.

The rooms in this hotel were quite pleasant and tidy. the location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city center, as it's within walking distance of many of the major tourist attractions.

the connection was very slow and kept cutting out, making it difficult to stay connected.
